1. Who we are

Whisper CRM is a business software platform operated by Elite Software Trading LLC (EliteSoft), United Arab Emirates. This policy covers whispercrm.io, iq-erp.whispercrm.io and the Whisper CRM application.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, business name, email address and phone number of our customers' users.
  • Customer data: information our customers store in the CRM about their own customers (for example contacts, leads and conversations).
  • Integration credentials: when a customer connects a third-party platform, we receive and store an access token and the identifiers and names of the accounts they select (for example an advertiser or ad account ID).

3. How we use data from connected platforms

We connect to a platform only after the customer signs in to it and approves access through that platform's official consent screen. We use the data only to do what the customer asks inside Whisper CRM.

Google Ads

When a customer connects a Google account to use Google Ads, we receive an OAuth token, the Google account's email address and the Google Ads customer accounts the customer chooses. We use this access only to create and manage the customer's own campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets and lead forms, and to show the customer the performance of their own advertising. We store daily performance figures of the customer's campaigns so we can show their reports, and leads submitted through the customer's Google Ads lead forms so the customer can follow them up in the CRM.

Google Calendar

When a customer connects a Google account for online meetings, we use Google Calendar access only to create, update and cancel the calendar events (with Google Meet links) for appointments booked in Whisper CRM.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Whisper CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve our own advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except with the customer's permission, for security reasons, or where the law requires.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, TikTok and WhatsApp Business

When a customer connects one of these platforms, we store the access token and the accounts, pages or phone numbers they choose, and use them only to run the customer's own campaigns, posts, lead forms and messages, and to show the customer their own results and leads.

We do not collect profiles of the people who see the customer's ads beyond the leads they choose to submit. We do not sell, rent or share platform data with any third party, and we do not use it for our own advertising, profiling or any purpose other than serving the customer who authorised the connection.

4. How we store and protect data

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure). Access tokens are encrypted at rest, kept on our servers and never shown in the browser. Access inside our company is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with the platforms the customer connects, to carry out the customer's instructions, with our cloud infrastructure providers, and where required by law. We never sell personal data.

6. Data retention

Platform tokens are kept only while the connection is active; disconnecting a platform in Whisper CRM deactivates its token. Customers can also revoke access at any time from the platform itself (for Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Account and customer data is kept while the subscription is active and is deleted or anonymised after termination on request.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@whispercrm.io.

8. Cookies

We use basic session and preference cookies to run the website and the application. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
