1. About Whisper CRM

Whisper CRM, operated by Elite Software Trading LLC (EliteSoft), is a software platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, marketing, social media and advertising from one place.

2. Accounts

Customers register a business account and are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity under their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

3. Third-party platform integrations

Whisper CRM connects to third-party platforms (including Google Ads, Google Calendar, Meta/Facebook and Instagram, X, TikTok and WhatsApp Business) only when the customer authorises the connection through that platform's official sign-in and consent flow. Use of each platform through Whisper CRM is also governed by that platform's own terms and advertising policies, including the Google Ads Terms of Service. Customers must have the rights to the accounts they connect. A connection can be revoked at any time inside Whisper CRM or in the platform's own settings.

4. Advertising features

Campaigns, ad groups and ads created through Whisper CRM run on the customer's own advertiser account and budget. The customer is responsible for making sure their ads and content follow the platform's advertising policies and the law. Whisper CRM does not guarantee ad approval or performance.

5. Customer content

Customers keep ownership of the content (images, videos and text) they upload. They give Whisper CRM the limited right to store that content and send it to the platforms they choose, only to operate the service.

6. Acceptable use

Customers may not use Whisper CRM for unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to try to breach, interfere with or overload the service.

7. Fees and subscription

Access to Whisper CRM is provided under the customer's subscription plan. Fees are as agreed at purchase and billed according to the selected plan and payment terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Whisper CRM's liability is limited to the fees the customer paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end the agreement under the customer's subscription terms. On termination, platform connections are deactivated and access to the service may be suspended.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
