Once an account is set up, users are greeted with a dashboard (as you can see below) after logging in.

Tagging and Segregation: Categorize contacts based on various criteria such as nationality.

Before initiating communication campaigns, users are required to create WhatsApp

templates. These need to be approved by Facebook due to the integration with

the WhatsApp Business API.

  • Send Campaigns: Broadcast messages to the imported contacts.

How to Use Whisper CRM

Login: Begin by accessing the Whisper CRM
website and entering your credentials on the login page. Upon successful login,
you will be redirected to the dashboard.

 

 

Managing Contacts: Navigate to the ‘Contact’ section. Here, you can either import a list of contacts or manually add them.


Remember to utilize the tagging feature for easy categorization.

 

 

Above you can see how the contact book page looks like, here you can make contacts individually and edit these contacts too.

If you want to import the contacts in bulk,
there is an option called Import you can select this and start importing the contacts.

 

 

Creating WhatsApp Templates: Head to the WhatsApp Templates section.

Design your template, integrating desired headers, footers, buttons, and media. Once created, submit for approval. These templates can be used for sending campaigns or making chatbots.

Template Creation: Allows headers, footers, interactive buttons, and media.

Approval Process: Typically, the approval takes only a few seconds.

 

 

You can select any of these categories which is required for your purpose.

 

 

You can choose a simple Text as a header for your template or even further go to display an image for attractive templates.


Preview is also shown here so that you modify the template according to your requirements.

 

 

Finally, there is footer(optional) to conclude your template you can also add buttons here.

Here we can check if the templates got approved, rejected etc. If not approved, you can modify the template and resubmit for approval.

 

 

Sending Campaigns: After getting the template approved, move to the ‘Compose Message’ tab. Choose your template and select the contacts you wish to send the campaign to. Once sent, you can track its status. You can start sending campaigns with any of the approved templates created.

 

Designing Chatbots: Click on the ‘Chatbot’ tab. Use the flowchart design tool to customize the chatbot’s interaction process. Drag and drop widgets and create a conversational flow. Remember, you can also set triggers for human intervention.

 

 

The chatbot list page will show you all the chatbots you have created so far. Here you can delete and edit your chatbots.
